The shape from the printer. The fit from metal.
Nests, KLT inserts and adapters from your STEP file – located by hardened pins on a 50 mm grid. On a product change you swap the nest, not the fixture.
Nests on a 50 mm grid
Carrier with two Ø8 H7 pins on the grid plate, nest with 0.2 mm clearance and lead-in chamfer.
KLT inserts
Every part in a defined position – the robot picks without a 3D camera. ASA where coolant is present.
±0.1 to ±0.2 mm is enough for the contour – not for the fit
So we separate the two: location from hardened pins, pin holes printed undersize and reamed, threads as inserts, edges in the cobot area from R2.

3D rendering.
Parts on time for commissioning
Each part with drawing, inspection report and data sheet for your risk assessment. Our parts are passive, without drive or electronics; the safety of the cell to EN ISO 10218-2 remains with the integrator.
Do you supply the base plate?
We buy milled plates and deliver them with the nests. If you already have a grid, we design on it.
How fast is a new nest?
If the carrier exists, it is only the nest: design, print, measure – typically a few working days.
Which material?
PETG or ASA without heat, ASA with oil and coolant (test a sample first), PAHT-CF for stiff holders.
Send the part, get the nest
STEP file of the workpiece and your grid or plate.
