Your cells, our jaws
We take over gripper jaws and fixtures for your cell projects – under your name if you wish. You save design time and deliver sooner.

The bottleneck is rarely the robot
It is the jaws, nests and holders that have to be designed anew for every workpiece.
- Gripper jawsContour jaws from the STEP file, for SCHUNK, Festo, OnRobot, Robotiq and others.
- Fixtures and nests50 mm grid, KLT inserts, poka-yoke locators.

- Inspection report for acceptanceNominal, actual, gauge – ready for your documentation.
Under your name on request

Annual price list with volume scale
Fixed prices per pair of jaws and per fixture for all projects of a year, scaled by volume. Design as a separate item, priced by level before we start.
What you want to know before sending a file
Your data stays yours
Drawings and models are used for your order only (terms § 3). On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement before the first file – your template is welcome.
Data stored in Germany
Uploads go to our own server in Germany, no tracking. Files are deleted there once our order system has taken them over.
STEP, IGES, STL, 3MF
Please export native CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion, NX) as STEP. Add a PDF drawing for tolerances and fits.
